I am pleased with my final piece of work . I think it worked well because it is clear straight away that one side of my face is absence and the other side is presence. I’m glad that I used myself as the canvas, two of the artists that I researched and admire, Ana Mendieta and Yoko Ono, used themselves as their artwork and I think that what I have done could almost be described as performance art, for that reason I am very proud.
